black and decker home
Have any experience with baking in an oven that uses infrared heat?
restaurants use them and now black and decker has a small home unit. curious about trying one…
I have infrared in my oven, but I only used it once accidentally. Hehe. I totally burned my food. It seemed to me that it worked like a high powered broiler, so I could see good applications for it, but you would want to watch it closely!
